With a robust background in medical strategy and communications, Ilige serves as the Medical Strategy Director at BLOOMed. Drawing on over six years of extensive European experience in Paris, she has collaborated with international clients and honed expertise in synthesizing medical and commercial insights into actionable strategies.
Through her previous roles as medical writer and medical strategist, Ilige cultivated a comprehensive understanding of healthcare markets. Her work spanned leading strategic advisory boards, designing medical educational programs, and medical communication campaigns, aligning global stakeholders on unified strategies, and delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse market needs. This multifaceted expertise enables her to seamlessly bridge scientific insights with commercial objectives, fostering impactful healthcare initiatives across regions.
A pharmacist by training, Ilige holds a PhD from Paris-Saclay University, where she researched the effects of endocrine disruptors on cancer cells. In addition to her qualifications in oncology and pharmacology, she possesses specialized expertise in endocrinology, neurology, vaccines, and rare diseases, which bring not only deep scientific rigor but also a well-rounded perspective that enhances strategic decision-making and drives impactful healthcare solutions.

Ilige JOSEPH
With his extensive experience in research, Ahmed serves as the Medical Research Director at BLOOMed.
Ahmed started his research career in 2016 as a part of the research team of the urology department at the University of Modena & Reggio Emilia in Italy. By 2023, he became responsible for the entire research activities of the department.
Over eight years, he took part in the development of multiple research projects that were finally published in the top urological journals according to the Journal’s CiteScore and Impact factor.
Ahmed was actively involved in all the steps of article publishing from the development and validation of research ideas to statistics, medical writing, and article submission. Furthermore, his education and training as a consultant of urology in Tanta University allowed him to gain robust experience in the field of research particularly in the urology. Ahmed currently has more 63 international publications covering not only urology, but also dermatology, oncology, and epidemiological studies.
Passionate about advancing the medical research community, Ahmed continues to lead research projects in different medical fields.
